By proceeding with this booking, I have read and understood the below Terms & Conditions for the tour booked and agree to these as outlined.

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are recommended to secure your seats (essential on Saturdays, Sundays and during peak periods). Book via the bookings page or over the phone. Payment is required at the time of booking by Visa or Mastercard (no surcharge).
  • Maximum group size of 7 adults travelling together applies to all bookings.
  • Walk-on bookings are welcome subject to seating availability (groups of 4 or more required to book) – payment on the bus accepted by Cash, eftpos, Visa or Mastercard.
  • Once your booking is confirmed/seats reserved, no refunds or discounts are given for non-attendees or change of mind. Transfers to another suitable day or a credit may be given with prior approval by management if notice given.
  • Allow additional travel time during peak periods and events.
  • Some cellar doors may charge a tasting fee (generally $5 – redeemable upon purchase per person).
  • Comfortable footwear is recommended as some walking is required between cellar doors.
  • Only bottled water can be consumed on the bus at all times.
  • iHop Hunter Valley endorses RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and behaviour on and off the bus at all times and reserves the right to refuse ongoing service due to reasonable non-compliance.

Night Tour Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings in advance are essential to secure your seats (by 2:30pm on day of tour), as minimum numbers are required in order for tour to operate. Your pickup time will be confirmed on the day.
  • Bookings can be made online or over the phone. We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your seat. For any cancellations 48 hours’ prior a full credit/transfer will be given for another preferred tour date. Regrettably, no refunds or discounts are given for non-attendees or change of mind.
  • Please advise at the time of booking any special dietary requirements.
  • Transfers are available at most resorts/accommodation houses in the Cessnock, Pokolbin, Lovedale and Rothbury area – please enquire or arrangements can be made to meet at another suitable location.
  • Additional beverages can be purchased on the night at an additional cost.
  • iHop Hunter Valley endorses RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and behaviour on and off the bus at all times and reserves the right to refuse ongoing service due to reasonable non-compliance.

  • Bookings in advance are essential (taken up to 4:00pm the day before), minimum booking of two adults is required in order for tour to operate. Your pickup time will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Bookings can be made online or over the phone. We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your seat.
